2025 December Vacation Camp

| WHO: Co-ed children 5-7 yrs old will follow a schedule of activities from our Day Camp (Youngest campers must be currently attending Kindergarten to participate) – Drawing – Crafts – Storytime – Music & Dance – Scooters – Laser Tag – Indoor & Outdoor Play (weather permitting) – Battle Cones – Bounce House – Afternoon Movie | WHO: Co-ed children 7-14 yrs old will follow a schedule of activities from our Sports Camp – Laser Tag – Phys Ed. Games – Dodgeball – Basketball – GaGa Ball – Kickball – Game Room (WiiU & XBOX 1) – Battle Cones – Bounce House – Table Games – Air Hockey & “Pop-A-Shot” Basketball |
| DAILY COST: $45/day (7:30am-5:30pm) *WE DO NOT ACCEPT DSS CHILD CARE PAYMENTS* PAYMENT: Daily fees are due each morning by check or cash. – Please make checks out to JMU 4 Kids – Please write your child(ren)’s name on the check’s memo line *WE DO NOT ACCEPT DSS CHILD CARE PAYMENTS* | LUNCH & SNACK OPTIONS: – Campers aged 5-7 in Day Camp are provided a morning & afternoon snack of goldfish and apple juice. – We will be offering slices of Spinners pizza for lunch for $1/slice – families need to order their camper’s pizza each morning at check-in. – We will be selling nominally priced snacks and bottles of water throughout the day. – Please send your camper with a water bottle – there are bottle refilling stations available. |
additional important info:
- Earliest drop off is 7:30am; latest pick up is 5:30pm
- Every person who comes to pick up a camper needs to be approved by a parent/guardian, and MUST show a photo ID at pick up.
- Payment by cash or check is due each morning of attendance – checks can be made out to JMU 4 Kids *WE DO NOT ACCEPT DSS CHILD CARE PAYMENTS*
- Pack extra clothes! There are a variety of reasons a camper may need a change of clothes during the day and we are not able to supply needed clothing items for everyone.
- Please pack weather appropriate clothing – we try to get campers outside when possible.
- Campers must be potty trained and not need a nap. In the event your child has an accident and can’t properly take care of it themselves or doesn’t have extra clothes to change into you will be responsible for coming to camp to change them.
- All medication (daily, emergency, or OTC) must be dropped off with our nurse and must have a medication permission form signed by the prescribing physician and a parent/legal guardian.
- We will NOT be responsible for lost, stolen, or broken personal belongings – PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY!
Parking, Drop off & Pick up
- Parents/Guardians can use the parking lot on the Sunset Ave. side of the school when dropping off and picking up.
- There is also parking along Sunset Ave. and Cortland St.

- Drop off and pick up will happen in the cafeteria which is located at the back of the school past the playground. There will be signs helping to direct families.
